Perrin Ag Consultants has the full range of skills and expertise to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard. All reporting and documentation is presented in a consistent format in line with clients' instructions and expectations. Clients can expect prompt follow-up of all services and work completed. Consultants and technical advisory staff are trained to present themselves to clients in a manner expected of rural professionals. We welcome and encourage feedback and take every opportunity to improve on what we can offer and deliver to our clients.

 

 

Ensuring our clients can make contact with us or use our services when they need them is a priority for Perrin Ag Consultants. Our growing team of consultancy and technical advisory staff allows all our clients to have both a main and secondary contact at Perrin Ag, ensuring greater access to someone who understands an individual client's situation and requirements. While our team is often out in the field where cellular phone coverage can be non-existent, we guarantee to answer all messages and queries promptly. Our offices in Rotorua are open from 8.30am until 5.00pm and our door is always open to new and existing clients alike for a quick catch-up over a brew. We are also happy to provide the initial thirty minutes of consultancy to new clients free of charge.

 

Aware that time is often of the essence for our clients, Perrin Ag Consultants focus on providing services to our clients when they need them. Where on-site visits are required we will endeavour to see clients within one week of enquiry. We also understand the importance of our client's deadlines, whether they were yesterday or are in a week's time. We pride ourselves on being able to provide clients with an indication of time to service completion and then commit to it. We also recognize that our clients are busy people. We will arrange for meetings and farm inspections at the client's convenience and are happy to reschedule at the client's request.

 

Our clients' businesses are often our clients' lives. They have a lot invested in them, both financially and emotionally. Some of them have been in their families for many generations. Whatever the situation, Perrin Ag Consultants recognize that our clients have a lot at stake. As such we will treat their businesses like they were our own, and with the care and responsibility that comes with that. We also take ownership of our work and the service we provide clients. We accept the responsibility that comes with the advice we are often asked to provide clients and we don't shirk from the hard calls, the big decisions or the times when things don't always go to plan. We want to be part of our client's business for the long haul and help them move their businesses forward. And that means being there when the grass is growing and when it isn't.

 

We take our integrity very seriously. When our clients deal with Perrin Ag Consultants, they can be sure that our fiduciary duty is discharged without compromise. We will always disclose any potential conflicts of interest. We are always up front with our fees and willing to discuss them with our clients.
